Amazing stay at this location. Absolutely great service . Loved the buffet breakfast with service from Deepak and the custom cooking of Dosas from Pankaj. Loved the attention to detail we got from Deepak with the personal touch. The spa for amazing and the trainer at the gym Praveen was super. Praveen spent extra lengths to tailor the work out and help us with warm ups and strength at great length. This made our stay worthwhile including the friendly staff of Karan and Kunal making every effort to make our stay comfortable. A truly 5 star 🌟 experience

It was my one of the best hotel stay experience in my life. A very classy hotel with its top quality of service and the ambiance. This was my first time at a Leela property and I was blown with the hospitality. The hotel has an old world charm and regal feel. The staff welcomes you with a lot of warmth and are very attentive. We had booked The Leela Mumbai for a staycation and we had a great time at the property. The rooms were clean with all the facilities. Would like to thank and give a special mention about Siddhesh Iyer who arranged for a cake for my friends birthday and made it more special and also delighted us with other requests like late check-out etc. Must also appreciate the housekeeping staff - very quick, proactive and good. The hotel lobby and as well as rooms are very well maintained and renovated. A lot of care was taken by the housekeeping to clean the room despite us staying for only one day. Being an occasion, we were upgraded to the pool facing room and also provided with a small cake. Highly recommended !

Let's start from the check in experience. Since there were several guests in line and we had our child with us, the duty manager took cognizance and personaly checked us in. The rooms were ready despite arriving before the scheduled time. The staff immediately arranged for whatever we asked for. Usually less than 10 mins...Including a request for coffee powder at 3 am. That's how good the service was. A good spread was available for breakfast including authentic thick sambar, rarity in hospitality industry. Special mention for Gerald who made the stay the best in recent times.
