I would recommend this hotel to anyone because of people I have come in contact with in this hotel. I spoke to Joash, an operator with the hotel regarding early checking because we were coming to KL to attend prayers at 2pm. The normal check time will not work for us. We had booked 4 room. Joash informed me that he will let his manager know. I do appreciate his time and effort. The next day we met Rufus at the reception. He told me that Joash had informed about my request. Rufus told me that he will try his best. To my surprise, he was able arrange our room by 12 noon. I was grateful that we were able yo check in, change and go for our prayers in time. Most of the time you meet people who behave like robots, where they don’t act according to the situation but would reply this is our hotel policy. We need more people like Joash and Rufus who had the initiative to act upon the situation present. Continue making the difference in everyone’s life and make their stay in your hotel a memorable one. Great experience staycation ”
I went this place with my boyfriend for birthday celebration. I believe they have event that day and took sometime to check in but their staff is really friendly and helpful. Our package is breakfast and buffet dinner. The buffet dinner has plenty of choice, I like the dishes beef, satay and fresh prawn , but dessert is so far so good 😝 Breakfast was good. Overall the environment and cleanliness I give 5 star. Only the location surrounded not crowded if within walking distance. Also I like the bathtub 🛀 size is large enough and provide drinking water in glass bottles 😄 Thank you majestic hotel!

Excellent experience however...”
As usual the hotel was great and facilities all good. The only negative was that each day there seemed to be something missing from the room even after the housekeeping team were done. First it was missing bedroom slippers. Then it was missing towels and shower gel that was left empty. Then it was water. Also the sign in the bathroom was that if we wanted the towels replaced then we should put the towels in the bathtub. We did exactly that and sometimes the towels were replaced and other times they were hung up again on the shower door. The housekeeping team may have been overwhelmed, but there was also something about the room that was just incomplete.

Magical Place”
Words cannot describe how terrific it was to spend the night here. Love the staffs uniform at the front lobby, and I was overwhelmed with the politeness of the staffs during checking in. Interior was so spot on and the room was beautiful and magnificent. I managed to get the buffet dinner course too and it was excellent, everything was delicious and totally worth it. The location is also strategic to those who want to explore the historical, natural value of the city as it is all within walking distance. Did not get explore other facilities because of the short time but will definitely come again and indulge majestically with all the facilities offered here.

We went to this hotel for 1 night staycation. The room is superb, I love the room!!! Everything so far is good, the cleanliness is there but the only concern is when we check-in and got our room, we went to our room and saw the room the door is not close which was a bit concern to us like it was not ready. Another 2 more point, there is no bathroom mat and hair comb provided and the water provided is not mineral water, it will be nice if these taken into consideration as this is a 5 star hotel :) overall I will come back again and hope to see better improvement.

Superb experience at The Majestic Hotel, Kuala Lumpur ”
The hotel was beautifuly designed. The interior design of the room goes very well with the colonial architecture. It feels exclusive and elegant. Only one thing that I didn't get to enjoy was the TV in the bathroom (bath tub) but I make do. (Maybe I don't know where to point the remote to behind the glass). The staff was wonderful, although I think they are under staff, but the check in and check out experience was smooth. The spread of dinner buffet was amazing, the breakfast buffet was OK (maybe because I am still full from dinner buffet). Overall, it was a majestic grandeur hotel that deserves its 5*.

One of the best hotel in KL, im sure of it. We got the room facing KLCC, and it was breathtaking. Although the majestic hotel is quite old, but they obviously take great care of it. It gave me the old money, gatsby kinda vibe. The dinner at contango was good, but the breakfast was better. If i could say one bad thing about the majestic hotel, it will only be the choices of the TV channel provided was kinda limited. No movie channel to watch. Regardless of that, i will definitely choose the majestic hotel again in the future.

BEST HOTEL TO GO TO WHENEVER GOING TO KL ”
This is our first time booking this not onky amazing hotel but excellent and the most friendliness service in KL!!! From the door men to the housekeeping. They make your stays worthwhile. Even though there was hiccups when we reaches the hotel. But the service recovery was fast and efficient. The breakfast buffet for the past weekend was scrumptious. The kway teow goreng hits home. The joyous chef make everything perfect. Definitely a come back to this hotel. Room? Omg the room are huge!! Fit perfectly for 3 pax!! Bathtub with tv ? And most important the toulet come with bidet!!! Yasss quuen!! Keep it up!! 5 stars!!

Best Place For Events In KL”
I stayed with wife & 2 little kids. The room is big enough for the 4 of us. Very clean as well. Nice pool, nice gym. Very beautiful hotel. Staffs are all very polite, helpful & welcoming. Many options of breakfast buffet. And we got free dinner buffet as well! We organized an event there too. And the meeting room, staffs, lunch, coffees and others are amazing and plentiful. Tqvm Majestic. We'll be back soon ok!

Impeccable rooms and service”
A highlight of my November! My stay was great from the very moment the staff in the driveway opened my Grab car's door to when I checked out on the last day. The linen was clean, comfortable and allowed for a very restful sleep. Beds were sturdy and in good condition as well. I faced a complication the first night because the bath tub had a leak when draining, but this was quickly addressed by the hotel team the moment I highlighted it to the concierge. Within 20 mins I had someone inspect the bathroom and it was then fixed. Due to that experience, I was subsequently upgraded to another nearby room, which I greatly appreciate from the part of The Majestic Hotel's management. For me, the great quality of their rooms and the comfort they offered comes second to the hospitality the staff exuded and demonstrated throughout all 3 days of my stay. I would book another stay in future and enjoy every minute of it, I'm sure. My best regards to the team.

The cleanest room we get, no so much noice from the road even its nearby, alot of parking space but a bit creepy 😭, i got dinner there the main dish was superb good and nice.. really love to take a rest of a day. The staff also good.. really recommended 🥰🥰

I went there for honeymoon, right after my nikah reception worh my wedding attire. The staff notice and give us flower bouquet as gift. Inlove the interior, the room, the bed. Pleas get the one with dinner & breakfast packages. Really worth the money because both of it are buffet for 2 pax. Food was really great with a lot of options. Think will cost atleast rm100/pax. But i only pay rm550 with dinner & breakfast buffet for 2pax! Room so clean and nice. Nothing to compain!

The room was so nice but: 1. Check in was late, i came at 3 but could only go in the room at 430pm, wanted to go early cause wanted to deco the room for my friend’s bridal shower- anyway, i kinda expected this cause i’ve read a few people on twitter saying the same thing. But the receptionist was so nice! She always tried to check if the room was ready and update us from time to time saying the room is being sanitised at the moment and stuff 2. Although i booked the orchid room for tea time a month prior, the booking was suchhh a pain. Had to whatsapp, first they said saturday evening was available, then when i replied wanting to confirm, got an auto reply from them, had to whatsapp again the next day, suddenly, not available on saturday, sunday evening available, then suddenly only afternoon available, then saturday afternoon only available, BACK AND FORTH SOOO many times and had to ask for bank account so many times to confirm our booking date. Even when i called receptionist, they would need to forward the call to the restaurant and the restaurant didnt pick up so this went on a few times as well, my patience died this day. But the tea time experience was awesome though! The mango strawberry tea tastes amazing (make sure u add 3 cubes of brown sugar in the tea pot for *chef’s kiss*) the scones was to die for too. And the roll which i thought was cinnamon roll but turned out to be salmon instead?! Amazing 10/10 3. Parking was RM 30. Also cried while leaving the hotel. All in all, it was a good experience (despite the nightmare booking and the check in time) the room was clean and smells so good, the bed was soft and fluffy and it was so peaceful at night cause it was raining as well. Had an amazing quiet peaceful bridal shower for my friend only playing board games

My first time in KL. The Majestic was as I expected. Very comfortable and in a quiet location. We were very lucky to be upgraded to a junior suite. A beautiful and spacious corner room with great views. The complementary breakfast was delicious and a huge range of food available. Highly recommend
