Excellent Stay”

Excellent stay woth Mandala. Really friendly and lovely staff. Mandala is only steps away from the U and S bahn as well as busses going to the zoo area. Realy convenient boutique hotel. Staff were friendly and the restautant options, Facil and Qiu were great eats. The mall of Berlin is nearby and the Brandenberg gate and popular sights are all within walking distance. Highly recommended!

The Mandala is in a great location. Very close to the historical areas I wanted to visit. The room setup was not ideal. There was no chair to bring around to watch TV, so I had to sit on my bed. I sat on my bed to watch morning news and since I had to grab a bite, I ended up eating on top of my sheets. That was fine, till I spilled a little - glad it wasn't more:) Don't pay the 15 E for breakfast unless on expense account; there are several cafes that offer a quick pastry and coffee for 5E. I stayed at two other hotels this trip, one in Germany, one in Belgium. The staff at the Mandala was fine, but I compared it to a Rocco Forte hotel I also stayed at on this trip and they were much warmer and friendlier. I stayed at the Mandala the longest of the three hotels and felt completely anonymous there. It was interesting, especially when comparing it to the other places. It was fine.

Great hotel, great staff, good location!”

We had a great time in the hotel, nice and pleasant welcome. We came as a couple to celebrate our is honeymoon and and that it will be probably the last time traveling before becoming a new parents, and the staff gave us a bottle of champagne and chocolates with a nice greeting- it warmed our heart. The hotel is 4 min walking from Berlin mall, and has a good public transportation near. The breakfast is really good and fancy, had everything that we needed. One small thing (really small) the water in the shower sometimes became freezing and suddenly super hot, but the room and other things make up for it:). When we will plan our next trip to Berlin we will sure consider this hotel again!

Fabulous Central hotel! ”

Stayed at this beautiful hotel for 3 nights following a recommendation from a friend! We weren't disappointed! Easy check in friendly staff beautiful design! Upgraded to an executive suite which was fabulous plenty of space felt more like an apartment! Breakfast had plenty to offer for all tastes! Central location directly opposite the Sony Center! Easy walking distance to all the major attractions although the transport links are very good! I'd recommend walking if able to get a real feeling for the city! Shopping complexes nearby looked amazing although we didn't have time to experience any of them! Have read numerous uncomplimentary reviews, however, we wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

The Mandala is very well located, rooms are excellent with all amenities you would expect. Breakfast was very nice with a high quality buffet & eggs made to order.

Fantastic hotel - the staff and facilities were incredible, from the moment we arrived, everything just went to plan. The rooms were amazing, even supplied a selection of CD's by mood. The reception desk couldn't have been more helpful. made the stay all the more enjoyable and we're likely to return soon.

It was my first time at this hotel where I stayed with my parents and sister for a weekend. It was a very good experience. Quiet, we'll equipped and modern rooms, nice staff and beautiful restaurant with a little bamboo terrace. I highly recommend this hotel!

The rooms are wonderful and have beautiful wood and lots of space. Some of the new staff not on top of things and quality of service isn't as high caliber as it has been in the past. Maxy in Qui Lounge is fantastic.

Worth it”

I would totally stay there again. The location is good for walking to major attractions. The suites are big and clean. The staff are helpful. The breakfast is great and the lunch was superb.
