Unhygienic issues”
Stayed for a night, room size smaller than advised in the website. main issue was the hot water. Late night when i open hot water shower and got myself drained unfortunately muddy water was coming. when inquired front desk they said maintenance work going on. i was upset since they didn't notify guests about this issue. i felt its very unprofessional way of providing the services. i won't recommend or choose this hotel again for future.

Hotel could not be located .no I house restaurants. Only one Cafe with limited food options .no outside food allowed .as their menu was very limited they should have allowed outside food .rooms are to small.

The wifi was terrible!! And poor phone connection. And we were given a corner room which I didn't appreciate. My room was cleaned even though i didnt ask for it. The fridge wasnt working. The staff was excellent! Friendly helpful warm. At the restaurant too staff was great.

Good hotel poorly maintained ”
I can truly write a book on the issues that i faced in my 5N and 6D of stay at the property but the supervisory and rank and file staffs attitude and attentiveness stops me from doing so. The care taht i recieved from F&B staff on general be it the feomt of the house or culinary angle was great. But some points I would like to mention for the so called GM or the senior management sitting in the corporate offices is 1) if someone complains and wants to meet be there or else you are of no use. 2) try and understand the customers outlook 3) ask your MOD's to do snagging of the rooms believe me you'll see magic happening. 4) seeing the upkeep of the property i could easily make out that staff is not being supported in terms of material on flow specially house keeping department as there were torn bed sheets, stained amd torn duvet covers etc. 5) your staff should be your pride dony give them torn uniforms specially managers that doesn't send a good vibe to a guest. 6) one last suggestion the buffet food is kind of very very repetitive plz ask the chef to do something about it as that's the meal that helps you start your day and i know the chef can do it he has that potential cause whateber i had was tasty. And of you want a more elaborated feedback do call me you have all my details.

Old property. Your luck if you get a good room”
Stayed here for 5 days. First two days was put up in a room which was dark and with no windows. Simply not good enough. Then was shifted to another room at a higher level which was ok. Staff is courteous and breakfast spread ok. Overall a no-fuss kind of a hotel. Charges are high though. Check for higher rated properties available at lower prices in Chennai.
