Simple , sweet & Peacefull”
This is a new property which has opened doors to new travelers, Baiscally Ajanta & Ellora travellers stay here . Right connectivity. Good tastefull rooms , very clean , helpfull staff and good food. Only cons i found was that i was anticipating a full non-veg menu as this property is of Sayaji which also manages barbeque nation, but the staff told me that it will be operational by next year along with swimming pool. One recommendation: there should be a recreation room too within the hotel. 4.5/5 :)

Comfortable stay for on route travellers ”
Radiant is a good choice for travellers on road. We stayed just for a night and it was a pleasant surprise. Location is good as it’s on main road though the map ended almost 3 odd kms before. Staff was very helpful and polite. Room was clean and neat. We had only soup but it was decent fare. We would advice patience as the staff has to manage to and fro due to the distances. Definitely a recommended stay.

Decent Resort”
Radiant Resort is a lovely property in Gorakhpur. This is good for family travelers. Breakfast, swimming pool, beautiful garden are the positives of this resort. The only drawback (for some) is its distance from the main city.

Great Property, bad Management”
Was doing a solo bike ride from Jaipur to Nepal, planned for a luxury stay so selected this hotel. The property and food is gr8, but the services and management sucks big time. The refrigerator was not working, complained 3 times, after that a technician visited but refrigerator was dead again in 10mins and after that no one was bothered to repair or replace it. The shower in the bathroom was all choked with broken fittings in the bathroom. The main gate was also repaired badly and was missing some parts in it. The management is also quite rude, had to park my bike outside in a separate shed as motorcycles are not allowed in the resort. And the staff will look down on you if you are travelling on a motorcycle, even if it's an imported machine. You need alot of patience and need to behave rich and prestigious if you want respect in this resort.

We spent some quality time in the radient resort gorakhpur. It was my second and first family visit there. Cleanliness is good and food quality is superb. Staff behaviour is extremely cordial. Only thing is that during uboth visits, the gym, spa, and swimming pool were closed for maintenance.

However would recommend that the resort staff need more training. They have to be accommodating and try more to cater to the guests needs. The property is beautiful with excellent facilities but the staff have to understand that if they are not well informed with regards to their own facility than that spoils the experience of the guests too
