Experience: Good Food: Awesome Room: Great bed, hot water, Nice TV & very clean bathroom. Check-in: we called them 3-4 hours ago, still room was not ready at 4:00 pm as well. Cleanness: Ok (but water glass was having spot, didn't like that part) View: Perfect, you can see Lake Pichola, City Palace, Srajangadh fort, Taj hotel & Jagmandir Value for Money: Great The part did not like: Our room was having a very dirty balcony view only

Althou room is clean and neat , big , the facilities provided by them like water kettle , toiletries was awful. No hot water was available.Staff were lyeing to us telling the issue will be resolved in an hour. Staff needs to be much more professional . Lunch was horrible.No taste and it is complete oily . The craft shop and those available in hotel is awesome.

Newly built and beautiful. But extremely poor service. Took them 3 days to provide a kettle, a hand towel. Room cleaning was very poor. Didn't get hot water for most of the stay. Resturant was good though. Not worth the price that the hotel is asking

I am rating this hotel as worst because the room service was very bad. We had to call thrice for water bottle and they were ignoring our call, we personally went and asked the same but still impunctual. Also there were landline, hot water kettle etc. But all were not working. We wasted our money for 3star and got service of.. ..not even 1star

We like the hotel. Breakfast was above average but no eggs but was filling. House keeping needs to improve a lot .Lack of Training to all team as to how to manage the hotel. Ram bharosey pey chal Rahee hai. Team is cooperative but leader not guiding them well. They gave me room without knowledge that someone is already occupied the room. Then someone stranger enter our room with keys given earlier. Fortunately our costly jewelry n Electronics were deliberately kept inside our locked baggage knowing that this would happen.Imagine if that person entered the room when the family were inside the room. Manager was apologetic bit as mentioned they are all amatuers. Location of property is wonderful good Resturant but costly. Entire hotel is like Art deco. Lots of Antique furniture thrown around. Noises from room beside is annoying. U can hear a person vomiting or coughing or xxxx in next room. Kanhya the Manager on 4th floor Resturant is Very humble but Lack proper knowledge about how to manage the Resturant. Otherwise Hotel is good.

Room was just ordinary room, Room was clean. But not maintained well, wall paints were peeled off, kettle and power plugs were not working. Wash room was good. Breakfast only very few options were there compared to any other hotel. Reception area were decorated with many antiques which was nice

Best Hotel to stay in economical price”
Hotel is very nice and rooms are spacious. Hotel location is also near to city place and other visiting places. Receptionist Hemant also very helpful and his nature was also nice.
