Villas are really nice, could have put extra effort to show cleanliness during this time. But was still a great stay and had hand sanitizers at the restaurant. The lifeguard Martin was very helpful and attentive.

Not as Expected ”
I visited this place with alot of expectation. The room was fantastic with private pool. The bathtub was located outside the room but within the area of private villa and it was dusty too. The morning breakfast was horrible. Need to improve alot with regards to the breakfast. Overall the stay was good. Overall rating out of 5 would be 3.

Unfortunately not the usual Ritz-Carlton ”
First of all I would like to emphasize that Mr. Amr the Restaurant manager did his best to make the stay as good as possible. After arriving the first day we got ignored by the staff at the beach even though you would expect in a 5 star hotel with only 32 villas every one Should be switched on. After a tiny complaint the same thing happened in the restaurant at the dinner table. In General the hotel is not worth its money. You normally expecting a hotel that is on the higher end at least have trained their staff. There is nothing such as quality standards which you could expect from a hotel like the ritz Carlton.

It was excellent experience to spend our vacations in the hotel Ritz-Carlton RAK beach. I love the restaurant and the chef who can prepare everything what ever you want even for the small kids. Toys etc provides without any order (surprise). Many thanks for our best time with the family to all Team!

We have stayed many hotels and resorts in this area. This is so far the best memorable stay we had. Everything from the moment we arrived until checked out was so perfect! The room is spacious with private pool and has small garden outside. It really makes us feel like home.
