Nicest staff ever. Good onsite restaurant. This resort has sauna and hot tub. The rooms are fine. No place to hang wet towels. Beds are firm.

Value for money but staff unhelpful”
Pros: value for money and good facilities, also decent size room. Cons: we arrived at 12:00 and were told we can leave our stuff and check in at 2pm. We arrived at 2:30pm and were told our rooms not clean and we must wait 'a few minutes' no apology for the inconvenience or anything . I waited until 3pm and enquired what is happening. I was told I booked a big room and it takes long to clean. I said that's not my problem as check in is at 2pm and was basically ignored and made to wait another 20min. Also was not shown where the room is or anything. I found the staff attitude very poor.

The staff team was nice and they were ready to solve any problems. The room was good, a bit old but big. I could listen to a few noises at night, some kind of animal lives on the roof. The breakfast was poor, I didn't have a choice, as a vegetarian my only option was bread with fried eggs. The location is a bit far from everything, you have to rely on taxis or you should rent a scooter. It was close to two big supermarkets though. Not many restaurants around. It was enough for me, but if I was traveling with my family, I would prefer another place.

Cheap and close to the downtown, but need to improve the room structure and should provide more facilities in the room such as a hair dryer.

BASIC PLACE TO STAY”
Nothing fancy about this hotel except that from outside it looks like a steam train and carriages at the front at the back are just very bland and quite basic rooms to stay in they are clean but nothing fancy at all bed was quite small for a double and tv did not work good job only stayed for 1 night don't think I would want to stay very long here.

Basic rooms at a low price. Apparently due to lack of customers, they didn't open the beer garden in the evening or even serve breakfast the next morning. When I asked about this at check out, I was told that if you do want breakfast, you have to order it when you check in. Be advised.

Light and water is gone for hours with no attention from reception and resort. They just said waiting for technician but more than 2 hours. I swam and decided to take a bath in my room but have to stay in swimming suit with chlorine allergic and have to stay for many hours its like a nightmare. Don’t even thinking to come here!!!

More like the Trainwreck”
Many problems with our 1 night here- First they promised wi-fi internet but it was not working the night we stayed and they refused to fix it while we were there. Next - there was a loud party next door to our room and we could not sleep until 1 am. In the morning there were empty beer bottles and smelly cigarette butts all around. The breakfast was mediocre and consisted of toast, fried eggs, and barely edible hot dogs and ham. One of the guests was gurgling water in the serving line and I almost lost my appetite. The room decor is straight from 1991 with a telephone directory but no telephone to call the front desk. We will not stay here again as there are too many other better options in Pattaya. Don't board this train!!

Dirty. Terrible staff. Black mold on the ceiling. Toilet revolting. Security terrible. Next to loud highway. They gave me a Breckfast coupon then took it away from me. I tried to change rooms all the same. I tried to talk to the manager no chance. I will post pictures to show on google reviews. Pay a little more and get a palace compared to this dive.

When we get there we have very nice passions, when we check in at the reception the Stull is very nice welcome, since I'm a hotels and hostels in Bangkok , the train resort was perfect enough for us room is big you will get what your plans here close to main location and convenience to travel, I recommend this place for other friends thank you

Clean rooms and helpful staff”
My stay was really complicated as I was having a terrible day, then on top of it all my Car broke a ball joint in the parking lot. The staff was extremely helpful and arranged first a local mechanic then a tow truck, and the helpful maintenance man even accompanied me to ensure I made it to the shop and back and wasn't paying farang prices, then offered me a beer and an ear to listen when I got back. Location is perfect for me as I am paramotoring at a nearby airfield, but for holidaygoers, just understand that it is CENTRAL (Sukhumvit Road) but not on the beach.
