Beautiful, green, clean, close to airport and peaceful. Very friendly staff, always anticipating needs with a smile. Generous and delicious food. Spacious, comfortable and very well decorated rooms. Immersive welcome by the resident priest, including a sunset ceremony. The perfect place to rejuvenate while spacing out your overwhelming visits to the frenetic city.

Calm away from the frenzy”
This hotel is very peaceful, away from the frenzy of the center of Varanasi. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. We arrived early and left late and they allowed us access to our room on both days. The spa was very relaxing as well. We were also able to watch the wild peacocks from the property, which was a bonus for us!

Beautiful place to stay ”
My husband and I stayed at tree of life Varanasi for two nights during our honeymoon. I thought this hotel was exceptionally good value. It was nicer that some of the hotels we stayed at for twice the price! The restaurant, grounds and rooms are beautiful. It is certainly as oasis after spending the day in the city. Staff are very helpful and polite. The location is further away from the main attractions (1 hour depending on traffic) and down a road that is a little bit hard to find. On the plus side it’s close to the airport (15 mins). Food at the restaurant is great but quite expensive. The complimentary breakfast is wonderful! Overall I would highly recommend this hotel if you don’t mind staying a little bit out from the tourist spots and are looking to be a bit pampered in beautiful and peaceful hotel.

Exceptional”
All in all, an excellent hotel. The staff were friendly, the room was extremely spacious and clean. Loved the one-of-a-kind decor as well. This hotel is near the airport, which is great for arrival, but quite a distance from the city center. It was a good way to avoid the hustle and bustle of Varanasi by staying away from the city center, and instead arrange for a car ride to and from the city center for sightseeing.

Serene and beautiful”
This was out of the noise and commotion of the city and offered wonderful tours into Varanasi for the first-time visitor. My sister and I were traveling together and found it a peaceful and place to rest after exciting days out and about. The food was excellent, but the choices were limited--half were european dishes, the other half local. It's a small venue (18 rooms) so a larger menu isn't realistic. Tho choices were few, the food was wonderful.

Recommend Tree of life to other travelers”
It's a very good set up with few short comings like improper access road, location and frequent intermittent power cuts lasting for few seconds. However stay, food & service was excellent. Very courteous staff. A ramp to the first floor would help old-aged to access the first floor facilities with good balcony view. It was good overall and would certainly recommend. We paid high price for stay even though tariffs are different for weekends and weekdays.

Nice hotel, but a bit far away to the city”
Nice place, nice rooms, but even it is a new hotel, the garden is already a bit neglected. It is very near the airport but far from the sights of Varanasi. Relaxing place, restaurant needs better menu and did run out of wine after the first bottle.

Location is nice for people seeking peaceful stay. By fluke, sound of falling small water in Canal beside the property give feelings of staying near a fall. Very near to airport. Very far from main Varanasi Ghat & city. 1-Management May think of making such permanent falling water arrangement. 2- making a jogging path will be added advantage. 3- overpriced Coffee was not up to mark. Not value for money. I ordered cappuccino but I got a coffee just like one can brew in room 4-Mini bar is overpriced. Printed rate on caschew was 65INR but hotel was charging 175 INR. This need to review as per consumer rules

will never recommend this resort to anyone, there is nothing you can do, they provide no activities. It's a complete waste of money. Their so-called Air Conditioned room does not have working ACs.

Unforgettable hotel experience ”
We usually don’t write many reviews as we are traveling full time and staying in many hotels, but our stay at this hotel was simply wonderful and deserves a detailed review. The hotel room is one of the most beautiful ones we stayed in, spacious and tastefully decorated. But what made it really unforgettable is the friendly staff. The GM Ankit is the friendliest person you will meet. We were totally pampered and the village walk with Ashish was really unique. The breakfast was excellent, with fresh juice, fruit, home made granola, cheese platter, choice of 4 main dishes that were all delicious. Manish and his colleagues made us feel like VIPs. And the dishes are made by two master chefs, try their signature dish Paneer Kalegi, you won’t regret it. The pool was big and very welcoming. This boutique hotel really delivers and the staff go the extra mile. If you want to stay outside busy Varanasi in the countryside and see the village life, don’t hesitate to book at this hotel!
