agoda should have told us that there will be many steps to climb to reach any room in the facility”
the place is good but be ready to climb stairs and ramps to move around. the breakfast was ok but didn't find it value for money. the staff was very good. being located on east side of the road with a hill behind, you never get any sun in the mornings. waiting for hot water was not a good feeling.

I have visited there with my family and I will suggest don't visit there. Only location was good other then that staff, cleanliness, rooms etc was so bad . Doors are not working properly . I have selected super deluxe room but the condition of that room was so bad , the main door not able to close reason behind this weather conditions but the same happen with bathroom door also . If you go for only location you can visit there otherwise don't .

Very bad experience. Not recommend anyone to go tiger Valley resort.”
We booked super deluxe room. Rooms were in very bad condition and very bed smell came from washrooms. Very untidy room. Kettle was broken. Too much dust on the cupboard. Bathroom’s door lock was broken so we can’t shut it properly. Main door lock was also not in good condition. There was too much dirt and insect inside the water jug provided by hotel. We have to repeatedly request for the services to hotel staff and management. Hotel staff did not cooperative. Location was good. There was only few options in dinner and in breakfast. So much disappointment. Only pics of the hotel was good inside it was zero from all aspects.
