Clean, basic accomodations”
When I came to check in there was no one at the reception for around 10 minutes, but when she came she was super helpful. She checked my bed and told me how to get there. There seem to be several people living here long term, though the women's room I was in did have one more traveller in it which was nice. The bathrooms were clean as well - each side of each floor has 4 dorm rooms and they share 1 bathroom which has 3 stalls (2 toilet/shower combo stalls and 1 shower stall). There is breakfast every day from 6-11 I think, I haven't tried it. It's a short walk from the Lavender MRT station exit B. It's pretty easy to walk anywhere from here, but I like walking.

Exceptional”
I stayed there for 2 days. There were 8 beds in the room I was alloted... But most of the time, it was empty as all were busy out exploring... It is really a good place to stay, neat, clean. It's well connected. Just get off the lavenders metro station, and ask anyone of hotel lavender.. I will share one more amazing experience... I had to get print out through email. the guy at the reception helped me, and didn't even charge me extra for using the service... It's really really amazing with nice bed, and dustbins placed all over... Must stay

Love the way things are kept. Also like the cosy lounge area, with a usable laptop. The staff are nice and check-in, check-out has been flawless. Also love the free 24-hour tea and coffee sachets. Will stay again if required. Much love, Noel Singapore

The hostel was better that I expected. It's located near the subway, the staff was kind, the facilities were nice an comfortable and everything was kept clean at all times. The bed was comfy enough, but there were no curtains on the bunkbeds. There are lockers in the room for your valuables. Considering Singapore is quite pricey, I do recommend this hostel as a budget option.

If you are looking for a clean environment, this is it! I am more particular on the cleanliness, this is the most satisfied backpackers as compared to the previous 4 others backpackers I've stay in. Kudos to the team!

Very nice and helpfull staff. Nice space with many places you can sit outside of your room. Rooms are big and have a window (very important for me!) unfortunately no gluten free and lactos free option for breakfast.

No lift. The room we occupied was so small to stuff all 4 bunk beds. The common toilets were sometimes smelly. They need to add more shower rooms.

Worth for money!”
I checked in about 9pm where the location around is quite dark. The hostel is a quite old building, however the facilities provided is satisfied, the toilets are clean as well. Overall is good and worth for money!
