"Hotel is clean and staff is approachable. However our room is so far. we need to take 2 elevators, one from 2nd floor, then transfer to the end to get the next elevator that can go to 4th floor. Too tiring to walk so far and open heavy doors."

"Good hotel if you want to stay in this non-touristic part of Berlin. 3 stops from SXF airport by S-Bahn, but there is a bus going to and from SXF stopping right opposite the hotel - ask reception staff. The room was of a decent standard and had AC (!!!) and the breakfast was lovely, must have been the best I ever had in Germany at a 3-star-rated property, but this hotel is actually rather 4-star than 3-star anyway. A huge Kaufland hyperstore is a stone's throw away, there you find any grocery item you need plus some more fast food joints and a pharmacy. The sad thing is that there is no fridge in the room, which makes the hotel not suitable for stays longer than one night. Poor decision of the hotel management which will cost them a lot of guests who want to stay longer "
