Friendly staff, good facilities, computer provided so you can access it immediately in urgent situations. Overall good, no complaints. Got a room facing window 1 instead of no window 1, even though we booked a quad room, but it was changed to a queen bed 2 room with connecting door which was also good, no problem. So far so good, recommended. It's also easy to find food, there's a restaurant next door and a food court nearby.

Though the room is super tiny, we really enjoy our stay in this hotel as we only need it to slumber. It has a great location which is next to the New World Penang food court so you won't feel worried about finding whatever type of food you want to eat. It's also near bus stops and not very far from the bus terminal, Komtar. And Thanks to all the staff over there that are quite helpful and friendly, we really really enjoy our stay. Tune Hotel - great value, excellent location!”
Tune Hotel was a nice surprise. Our room was clean and a decent size but the bathroom was a delight because it was big and well stocked with items we would need. A side table was cleverly folded up at the wall to save space. We could work at our laptop and write there. Next to the hotel were a food centre and coffeeshop serving chicken rice/porridge, etc. The lobby on level 2 had space set aside for washing machines, microwave oven, ironing board and iron, and tables for dining together as a family or group. This was my first Tune experience and I must say it was a delightful surprise! I will definitely return for a visit!

Strategic location! ”
Comfy beds, hot showers & strategic location. Cons however are definitely the parking & also the services being carried out in the hotel itself. Heard a quarrel or more like a fight which broke out infront of our room between a couple (prostitution going on) yelling and hitting each other. Whilst this, the woman shouted that her service was paid for. This isn’t appropriate for other guests ie families etc. The parking on the other hand isn’t subsidised by the hotel, RM 6 flat rate per day and if the parking is full, there’s another parking beside the hotel which is RM 16 per day - quite ridiculous!

Floors abit oily I'm guessing due to sanitizer used. Parking wise quite limited with only 18 spots but managed to get parking. Maybe it's during non-peak. There is another parking lot just a few cars away at the hawker center but higher prices. Staff are friendly, towels can be changed at the lobby, location is excellent, air con is cold and central water heating for both shower and tap are good, no worries of hot water running out. Got the city view but it was noisy as it was facing main road.

Just spend a night at Tune Hotel for stopover and catch for next day early flight. Room is quite small but basic amenities setup well in the room, bed is comfy, aircon work well, and shower room is clean. No TV is this room but is fine for me since just to sleep. Thank you and will come back again when visit Penang.

window not face the road. the window is facing each other room. room comfortable, but not much can do in room. no tv, no kettle and no cup/glass. need to bring your own cup, or you can get the free paper cup at the reception. parking quite hard for cheap choice, however have parking that use cashless tng beside the hotel. surrounding is busy road, takes 2 times for me found the entrance of the hotel. overall, nice place for quiet room as i didnt hear any noise during my sleep here
