Poor is a rated word.First of all this is not a hotel at all.Its a lodge for night stay bathrooms are dirty fixtures jutting and broken out buckets seems to have not been cleaned ever.Dirty linen Rude staff.Spend a few hundred more for better options. How agoda has kept the ratings even as 2* is really surprising.

Absolutely terrible we couldn't wait to find somewhere else Agoda should be ashamed having this place on their books. There were no good things about this place staff rude and ignorant and the rooms are a total dirty disgrace and it's complete with a swamp outside the rear of it- one good thing about it was leaving .

Our stay was ok. The hotel needs to upgrade at the earliest. There is NO ROOM SERVICE in this hotel. Leaking Washroom pipes, defective dustbins, cockroaches are some of the things I encountered during my stay in V-Kont Residency. On complaining to the hotel authorities, I was told to "Adjust" with these things. I would definitely not recommend this hotel.
