Had an excellent 5-day stay at Venue. The location was perfect, with nearby bus stops, grocery, and hawker centers. The staff was friendly and incredibly accommodating and helpful. Despite arriving about an hour and a half earlier than the recommended check-in time, we were immediately given a room without a fuss. The room, despite being small and windowless, was large enough to accommodate me and my girlfriend and our luggage. The bed was amazingly comfortable, allowing us a very restful sleep after our long days of going around Singapore. The day before we checked out, the hotel kindly provided us with a care package of local snacks, which was a nice touch and only added to my already impressive impression of the hotel and its staff. My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay at Venue and would definitely recommend it to our friends and family. This hotel will be one of our top choices when we choose to return to Singapore for a visit.

The room and toilet is small but it’s something that I expect. It has the basic amenities in the toilet (no bidet). The room is equipped with good ac, small fridge, desk, mirror, safety box, mineral, coffee, water heater. We got upgraded to a room with window for free. For Muslim you will still have a small space for prayer so you gotta take turn. We requested for iron and iron board and they deliver it to our room. Location wise very good. Next to 24hours giant express so easy to get anything at anytime. Many cafe selling coffee and pastries. Some famous halal restaurant is nearby. There is also a row of beautiful Peranakan house.

Worth it for those looking for clean stay”
It’s a very simple hotel that has everything you need. Plus, the place is clean, which is hard to find for its pricd. I would’ve loved a bathtub, a pool, or a massage service but then again, it’s not that kind of hotel. Regardless, definitely recommend this to those not looking for anything fancy. Just a comfortable hotel to sleep at during their trip.

For us married couple who lives separately, this is a great choice for us. Location is great. Not roudy. A lot of food nearby. Room and bathroom may be a bit small but it's OK. Toothbrush too soft. Should bring our own next time. Shower head can be improvised. See you soon Venue Hotel!

We requested same room as the previous time we booked. When we got into the room, we were disappointed when it was twin beds instead of a Queen Bed. We had to push the beds together side by side as we didn't want to trouble the staff again. However, we are pleased that got extra pillows upon request. Hope next time will be a better stay.

The room is clean. Very compact room. No window room. Great location and easy to find food. Mini mart (24/7) Giant 3 doors down. Front desk personnel very helpful. Asked for help to get taxi. Also extended late checkout by 1 hour. Right room for right expectation!

It's clean and super comfy. Do not judge the room size, it's decent for solo traveller. Housekeeper is friendly, reception is courteous. Lots of aunthetic scenery around the hotel. Just perfect. I got a quiet room so good to rest and relax. Please keep up the good job.
