Superb location with best staff”
I think this hotel itself was the highlight of our Himachal vacation tour. Beautiful views . Nice food. Spacious rooms. Staff from front desk (Nishu) to room service (Bittu) to food service (Avinash) were exceptional. I would definitely recommend it. It is long winding remote road up the hill to the hotel but worth it.

Excellent stay with view of Snow caped mountains”
You can see the snow caped mountain from your room which makes your stay close to nature. Fantastic night view of Manali from hotel. Terrace restaurant was awesome. Service was very good and really appreciate their staff. Cleanliness of room was also excellent. I have stayed 3N with my family (2y kid) and felt extremely happy. Thank you Vivan Resort and Team. The location view is superb in front of snow-capped mountains. True value for money and reasonable prices. Rooms were neat & clean. Staff service is good. Other facilities not there. Jain food was good. Will stay in Vivaan again. Thanks to Mr Nikhil for warm welcome & room upgrade. Appreciate the services by Mr Shubham & Mr Kamal (restaurant), Mr Jaswant & Mr Bittu (house keeping) and Mr Nishu (front office). Request to have separate kitchens for Veg. & Non-veg. in future.

Beautiful Location”
Loved our stay at Manali. The night was cold, but the resort staff was quick to attend us and we felt warmly welcomed. The hotel is lodged between the green mountains and it was diefeintly a welcome sight In the morning to be surrounded by the calmness and the beauty of the morning sun rising from the mountains. The breakfast was satisfactory, yet incomplete.
