The hotel sits right on top of the metro stop (exit "D" I believe). ”
I had a great stay - very clean comfortable by my standards (I'm a U.S. citizen). I'd stay again if I could get a rate under $50 a night! But for that amount it's a really nice place to stay. * The hotel location is pretty much directly on top of the subway, I can't remember the metro exit (it's mentioned in another review possibly exit "D") - but when you come up the escalator you are standing on the side of the building. Look to your right and that's it! Just walk around to the front (across from the strip of shops including the KFC).

the family deluxe room is very big size, price is competitive, clean, far away from city with passing many MTR stations, but hotel just stay next to the Ling Zhi station, it is convenient.

Easy to get to and beautiful large room, although there is construction outside the hotel lobby (new mrt station) that creates some obstruction when walking out but it is not noisy in the room.

The fitness center should be better”
The fitness center is not many machines and dumbell. The hotel management should improve it by providing more equipment in the fitness center. The rest of the hotel staff, facilities, bed, cleanliness are good.

Quite good but with reservations”
Nice hotel but expensive - my room was clean but wallpaper was peeling off the walls from obvious damp so not impressed considering the price this hotel charges. Cleaning staff were very good but management have a very inflexible attitude which is disappointing. For example:- I booked breakfast and paid extra for it but on the day was too ill to go to breakfast. After asking management could I use the breakfast I had paid for on another day I was told it was not their policy and they refused to allow me to have breakfast unless I paid again. This is a very greedy and unreasonable attitude - one that seems to imply money and profit are more important than common sense and customer service. I have travelled in many places but not met this rather mean and unhelpful and unreasonable staff attitude anywhere else but in this hotel. Very disappointing and will not be using this hotel again in the future.

Noisy construction right outside entrance”
Good price and (relatively) clean rooms, but there is an incredibly noisy construction project going on right outside the front entrance that will be continuing for the foreseeable future. Unfortunately, the hotel does not have any soundproofing whatsoever, so you hear all of the construction racket--even on the higher level floors. There is an especially loud "hammer drill" that cuts through even the best of earplugs, preventing all attempts at sleep. At a bare minimum, the hotel staff needs to prevent this heavy and cantankerously loud machine from operating from the hours of 10pm-8am (when most people are trying to sleep).

I arrived late on the date and one of the counter supervisor, Nick Wong is very friendly & accommodating. I have requested to have a bigger bed on a higher floor. He has make the check in process flawless and also advice on the nearby eatery. Good to see such professional level of service on the front desk, Keep up the good work ! Arrived in the early wee hour at abt 5am. Knowing that I can only check in much later, the staff noticed I was exhausted from my flight and helped me to arranged a room to rest and check in later. Super service! Wrote a letter to their manager thank them personally.
