Cool place to be away from busy life”
Western Hotel - Madinat Zayed مدينة زايد - Abu Dhabi Luxury hotel Ashraq Rahumathulla 1181 points a day ago I was down there for the Eid holidays 2 nights. It was a grate experience and enjoyed the hotel and the hospitality of the staff starting from bell boy to roo service. Specially the bar manager Mr.tuan and his team was awesome and thank you. One thing to improve is on the buffet (BF/Din) as it did not have much variety... which can be improved. Location is good if you want to be away from these busy life. My kids enjoyed to the max...

Great facilities for a family stay”
Hotel is located on the way to Liwa and makes a perfect place for a family stay. We stayed in royal villa which has a private pool. However the outdoor hotel pool is big and has a separate kids pool. Breakfast is good and hotel staff are helpful.

Our stay in deluxe room was good. Room was clean. Wifi strength was good. Staff was responsive. Breakfast was good. Overall very good experience. The pool area could have more shade helping during summer sun.

As a business traveler it was very good for me. Looked like a good place for family. Food was very good with very good selection, room size was fine. I had a few issues with the room light not working, bathroom floor could have done with a little re-tiling. Staff very polite and friendly. Overall a nice hotel to stay in. Thank you

Nice place to spend time with family”
We had a little check-in trouble but the Manager Mr. Mohammed was kind enough to take care of everything. The facilities are good especially the pool and the tents kinda structure around the pool gives u privacy. Food is also very good and reasonably priced. We had all meals in the hotel. We were delighted by Mr. Delowers response during the check out !

It is one of the best hotel I found in Madinat, Its quite affordable and you will enjoy especially during the camel festival( Nov-Dec). We stayed for 3 nights and it is quite enjoyable, they have a nice pool which is family friendly.

Me my wife and friends decided to book this hotel based on their location and the long weekend. This is a very new property and located in a good area. We would like to thank Mr Moheib from the reservation for assisting me and my friends with the best services and making us enjoy our 2 days stay. The Indian restaurant "Chutney" has amazing Indian cuisine with beautiful and calming interiors. Mr. Moheib sugested us the desert dune bashing which was amazing and much better then what I have ever tried in Dubai all these years. I would surely recommend this place to my friends. Please note to contact the reservation desk to confrim the room you want which shall face the swimming pool to enjoy the weather and the pool. The other rooms are not recommended. The filipino lady at the receiption need to have more smiles on her face for the guest to feel comfortable. Enjoyed my weekend and didn't want to leave the place. Like to thank Mr. Moheib once again.
