Decent Hotel”
Entry to the Hotel is a bit congested but otherwise hotel has plenty of space for parking. The only drawback we found was they used to have bonfire and loud music playing till 11 PM which guest like us who wants peace doesn't suit

Completely Cheated”
I would avoid recommending this place to anyone. The pix on the bookings site will fool you into thinking this is one of those cosy chalet type places nestled in the mountains. However it’s nothing but an ordinary hotel somewhere inside off the main road with much noise and mayhem. Room paid for was Super Deluxe ( Mountain View with a balcony ) however room given to us was a lousy garden view with no balcony! !!! When we took it up with the front desk Mr Harinder Saini told us what room was available at the time of check in was allotted to us! This is their policy!!!! (The other front desk manager Mr Sachin vats was equally unhelpful and in fact smirking at us telling us that he cannot do anything.) The room given to us was on the ground floor where I could not even draw the curtains since the curtain mechanism was jammed. The garden outside insisted on playing loud music till quite late despite assuring me at 9.30 pm that they would turn it off in a few minutes It was much later than 11pm when the music was stopped. The bathroom was sans a shower curtain ensuring that the entire bathroom got wet when one had a bath. The cleaning lady confirmed that all other bathrooms had a glass partition but somehow it was missing in our room. The blinds in the bathroom were broken and temporarily fixed in an awkward angle. The kettle top was broken so when one opened the kettle to fill water the the top comes off in your hand. The final straw was when we left the room after breakfast and putting up the ‘clean my room’ sign outside the door and additionally leaving a request at the front desk to get the room cleaned, the room was not bothered to be cleaned even after we came back after 3 hours! Imagine after an arduous walk outside on the slopes for a few hours one has to come back to an uncleaned room! Great place ”
We have booked the hotel for 5 nights and we had a very good stay during the period. The staff were co operative and were responsive. The rooms were clean and we were satisfied with the overall hospitality of the staff. We also booked taxi for local sight seeing along with sports activities like paragliding and river rafting from Yogi (+91 82191 75050) who has given us very decent rates. I would recommend this place.

Stay with precautions”
The basic rooms are at the ground floor and you can hear a lot of noise from the restaurant adjacent to it. The bathroom ceiling had dampness/seelan all over and one can see small insects roaming around. I also saw an earthworm near the bathing area. Sheets provided are also not super clean and had tainted color. The outside ambience is very cool with bonfire where everyone can enjoy and relax. They were charging 2000 bucks extra for early check-in of 2 hours. Upon request the staff told this is their procedure. I found it very strange considering I was paying 3200 for the room. After my wife requested the manager repeatedly then only they allowed us to enter the room at 10:45AM.

Great location walk to mall road. ”
Relatively new hotel with clean rooms. Awesome location, good value for money. The staff seem to be very cost conscious refused to replace toiletries even though we were staying for 3 nights. I would pay slightly more and stay elsewhere,
