Okay hotel with good service”
The hotel in and by itself was very good, but the location was a bit far from all the sightseeing attractions. The staff were very nice and accommodating. One assistant manager, in particular, whose nave was Nikki spoke near to perfect English. The bathroom in my room was rather small. The aircon was centrally controlled, so I couldn't lower the temp, but that's the way it is in most Chinese hotels, even 5-star ones. Although I haven't done any shopping myself, but I understand there's a big shopping mall next to the nearby New World Hotel. The 5-story K11 foodcourt is also nearby to the left facing the hotel. I really didn't enjoy my stay in Wuhan, but that has nothing to do with the hotel, itself. Oh, and I wouldn't use the hotel's massage spa again, due to it's limited services. There are no shower facilities there, so if you go for a massage there, you should shower in room first.

The location is perfect, just located at the centre of Wuhan. Few minutes walk to Wuhan international plaza. Very convenient. The Chinese restaurant on the 3rd floor is really amazing, good price and nice food.

Hôtel Chinois ”
Un manque de l'angage en Français, à tous les niveaux, j'ai même été obligé de faire appel au directeur de cette chaine hôtelière qui est venu avec le directeur de l'hôtel, car il y a eu certains points de non concordences entre vous et l'hôtel à notre arrivée. D'aprés l'heurs explications nous n'avions pas de chambres de réservées ? J'ai donc été obligé de téléphoner à vos services et à mes frais, pour débloquer la situation, ce qui n'est pas normal ! De plus il n'est mentionné nul part en français lors de la réservation que vous débitez ma carte bleu dans les jours suivants ma réservation. J'ai mis mon dossier entre les mains de 50 millions de consomateurs afin d'avertir le plus de monde possible de vos pratatiques.

今回は当ホテルに２泊させて頂きました。造りの古さが外観、内装ともちょっと目立ちましたが、武漢（漢口）の中心部に位置しており、買い物に非常に便利でした。また、スタッフの中に日本語対応可能なスタッフ（呉さん）がいらっしゃり、大変助かりました。ただ、フロントでのチェックイン時、フロントスタッフにAgolaさんからの宿泊予約シートを提示しても内容を理解する事が出来なかった様です。可能であれば、Agolaさん側でも宿泊予約シートは、宿泊国（地）の言語で作成した方が良いと感じました。

没有当地晚报、空调出风口的天花黑黝黝、卫生间老旧不堪。住进去时候正班泰国美食节，价格有点高，如果是饭店的一种推广思路，个人觉得还是稍稍注意点性价比更好。
