Convenient location Good Hotel Condition”

two nights stay, the location is very good, near the airport bus terminals, near the famous Wuhan Yellow Crane Tower, Huang He Lou. However, morning the staff knock the door is quite disturbing.

I checked in very late at 3:00 am after very long and tiring flights. When they saw that I was very tired, they upgraded my room, and gave me a late checkout without even asking. The service was great. The suite room was loaded with amenities. The location is also very good to travel between cities, and within the city.

Excellent familiar Best Western quality”

Excellent room, like good quality Best Western in USA. I am glad that we chose this hotel. Clean, good bed, toiletries, lots of space, nice tub and shower with unlimited hot water, A/C just fine. The view west through floor-to-ceiling wide window was delightful and restful. aces west, very quiet (o McD and KFC are across street from front door; many real restaurants are on this main street, and close by towards river. Hotel ordered taxi for morning to airport; arrived on time, 150RMB, good price.

Booked in to this hotel at the last moment. The price was good for an international 5-star hotel, but this isn't really in that category. The room is clean and comfortable (although a little old and ragged), but it's fine. The hotel offers a spa, gym and swimming pool, but beware if you're planning to use them. The swimming pool could be nice, but it's pretty much abandoned and unheated. The same is true of the spa. However, the staff will turn on the lights in the gym - but only if you ask. The main problem was the room service food - the worst food I've had in China. Avoid it!

Reasonable Hotel”

The hotel room is good but the service is average. Nobody will stop a taxi for you, you will need to go out on the road side to get a taxi. There is not much to choose from room service. Food and service at the Chinese restaurant is not good either.

Warm and Friendly Hotel”

We stayed at the hotel fore eleven days; from the first night to the last we were treated like we were home. The room was spaces and very clean, with all the amenities that you require and then some. The room service was outstanding; you no sooner rang reception fore something and it there in just a few minutes. Most of the staff could speak English, and were more then willing to help you with anything; they even organize tickets fore us to go to Beijing. I will be going back to China in November, and this is the hotel that I will be staying at again.

After a mammoth trak across China in a wooden boat and bumpy bus ride the Mayflower was heaven sent! A good, clean and comfortable hotel, staff were friendly if a little autocratic at times. Well situated near the bus station there are lots of restaurants etc nearby so would avoid the relatively expensive restaurant in the hotel. Main gripe was that we told the receptionist how much the children were looking forward to using the pool and she did not explain that it was closed, until we went up there looked around for towels etc. there is no-one to help there. We had booked an extra night on the basis of the children using the facilities, that were non existent.

Sur ma demande, la réception m'a donné les horaires d'ouverture de la piscine et indiqué que je pouvais peut-être acheter un maillot de bain pour mon fils à la boutique de l'hotel il s'est avéré que la piscine était en réparation. Il n'y avait pas de maillots à la boutique et nous avons cherché, sans trouver en ville. Il aurait été plus simple d'être avertit que cette piscine, pour laquelle nous avions choisit cet hote, était en réparation.

地下鉄２号線、４号線が交差する中南路駅から徒歩圏内なので非常に便利。 漢口駅、武昌駅、武漢駅のどこに着いても地下鉄で一本というアドバンテージは大きい。 長春観にも近く、黄鶴楼までも徒歩やバスで簡単に行くことができる。 半分くらいのスタッフは英語を話す事ができたし、日本語が上手なスタッフもいた。 日本料理レストランはあるが、例えば海鮮サラダは食べるのが大変なくらいにワサビドレッシングをかけ過ぎているなど、合格点とは言えなかった。西洋料理ビュッフェは、品数や内容など少し物足りなかったが、料金も安いので及第点。

観光のためのロケーションは最高。黄鶴楼までタクシーですぐ。湖北省博物館も武昌駅も近いです。 隣のビルの日本食レストランもまぁまぁ美味しく頂きました。 夜遅くにフットマッサージに行ったが従業員が不足の為、受けられず残念でした。 市内からの帰りは五月花酒店と言えばタクシーは皆知ってるくらい有名なので安心できますね。

酒店步行20~30分鐘可到黃鶴樓 戶部巷等景點，但附近較為偏僻，客房設施稍嫌老舊，浴室蠻大，但淋浴間水管堵塞。是一間老五星酒店了，但櫃台人員服務態度不錯，下次還是選擇漢口步行街處入住會較熱鬧
