Nice hotel but reservations”
Hotel nice with great breakfast. Room clean but even though nonsmoking was a smell of smoke. Told reception who sprayed room but smell was back again quickly. Bed very comfortable. English speaking by staff was a ‘little hit and miss’. Overall reasonable for the price.

Nice hotel!”
I have stayed in Marco Polo, Wuhan New World, Howard Johnson, etc. in Wuhan this year. So far this is my favorite place. The room is so warm and inviting. I love the dark wood trim everywhere and it felt more like a home than a hotel. I plan on staying here more in the future. It is also super handy to use like I did when visiting someone who is sick and a patient at the Tongji hospital only a pleasant 10 min walk down a sidewalk.

Well worth the stay”
A good clean hotel with great facilities, top floor pool, gym & spa. We tried the revolving restaurant, I would say it is expensive although a very good choice of many foods. Most "in house" items are very expensive, go around the corner and stock the bar fridge yourself for 1/3 price. Close to major shopping malls, movies, Zhongshan Park (5 minutes walk) early morning is great to see, also close to the Metro train which is great in Wuhan with English & Chinese directions. We would stay again if visiting Wuhan although many hotels may offer similar cheaper if you do more research.

Good Hotel”
My wife and I spend the holiday there in the hotel. The front desk is on construction. Two days before the construction, the front desk already told us about it, it is so good. The hotel is near the shopping area. There r also lots of restruants around. We enjoy the holidays at the hotel. I think we must stay here if we go to Wuhan the next time.

Very good”
This was the 2nd time we stay at the Ramada Plaza hotel....The reason we choose the same hotel as it has reasonable clean and nice swimming pool for kids. But, unfortunately, this time the swimming pool was close. What a good time to choose to clean the pool during weekend!!! Overall, the hotel is clean and friendly staff. Don't mind to stay there again.

One of my fav hotels in Wuhan”
I stayed here once before in a gorgeous room with dark wood trim that reminded me of home. I asked for that kind of room again, and got one with kind of tan trim that I didn't care for much and the trim was kind of banged up in places and didn't make a good impression. Otherwise all okay and the breakfast buffet is fantastic and fairly priced. I will almost certainly stay here again.

Nice Business Hotel @ Convenient Location”
I like the non smoking rooms, Swimming Pool and gym. 5mins walk to a shopping mall and eateries all around. MRT station is just 3 mins walk away too

Clean but otherwise not a western hotel.”
Although the hotel is an American chain, we felt it was not "Western" at all. It was clean and decorated nicely, however otherwise was very Chinese, which was disappointing for the price we paid. The staff spoke little to no English, the bed was extremely hard, the advertised "heated pool" was not heated at all, and the spa did not offer what was advertised (only foot massage). We could have gone to a Chinese hotel and spent a lot less money for the quality and service we received here.

The room is clean, but lighting is not so bright. Staffs services are not in high standard, especially the top level restaurant. WiFi is weak. Location fine near metro station and railway station just 33 stop away. Will consider other hotels nearby next trip.
