Great Hotel!”

Our stay at this hotel was excellent. Room was beautiful, large size beds that were very comfortable, large bathroom, wonderful gym & pool, breakfast buffet wonderful. This hotel is very close to the subway line #1, which connects to #2 that comes from the Tianhe Airport, so getting around Wuhan is very easy from this location. There are shopping places and lots of street food nearby, overall wonderful hotel. We plan to make this hotel our resting place, as we travel to Wuhan very often...

Lovely hotel and greate location”

This is a real 5 star hotel which is just launched on 2012, the lovely room is quite clean and comfortable. I am stay in the deluxe suite with my parents, there is just one kind bed, but there is a sofa bed in the living room, so it's not necessary to add bed. It's around 200 RMB to add one bed. I think I will choose this hotel again if I am come back wuhan.

"Spacious Rooms and Good Value"”

The hotel, overall, was a pleasant stay, although I was there for only one night. My room was called a suite, and it included a living space, a small kitchen, office space, dining space, a separate room (with a very large and comfortable bed) and an attached bathroom. It's a very nice room. While the service is quite good, many of the staff do not speak English well, but will try their best to understand you or refer you to a member of staff who does speak English well. There aren't too many facilities in the hotel, but given my short stay, I didn't need many. The best thing about the hotel was the value for money and the spacious rooms.

Hotel is at great location in Wuhan, very near to sightseeing and Pub street. The rooms are standard and luxury with balcony.

Right next to a subway stop. Overall, much better and more modern than other hotel I have stayed in Wuhan. Location is good, service was good, room sevice dinner option was great. Lobby is a bit small if you plan to have meetings with clients in the hotel, but would be a fine choice for staying.

Lovely hotel”

I have been stayed in this hotel for 8 nights, large room, large bed and large toilet which provides comfort and private space. However, the cuisine of room service is not as good as excepted(compare to other 5 star hotel). the Metro station is right front of hotel.

Nice room and friendly hotel”

Located next to the all means of city transportation. Nice suite room set up with a lot of space. Good gym and indoor swimming pool. Staffs are very helpful and attentive.

Quiet and nice hotel ”

Confortable new hotel, with big rooms. Good Quality/price ratio. The staff is not so well organized but nice and helpful. The only problem was the hotel restaurant, where people have real problems to communicate in English. Very small menu even for Chinese cooking !

Hotel is located just beside the train station. There is a supermarket opposite. Room is spacious.

the metro is just opposite the hotel and is a convenient for business & shopping. surrounding with good food and nearby with river, pub and bistro.

Negative Experience”

When I checked in... the hotel took a deposit on my credit card. Within an hour I received an email from my bank that someone was using my credit card number and had racked up about $2000 in credit theft. I notified the hotel, I don't know if they did anything on their end. I notified them that they had a serious security problem with the credit card machine. As a result, on the first day I had to tell my bank to stop all transactions on my credit card... very inconvenient. When I checked out they wanted to swipe my credit card again... I had to remind them that my card no longer worked, they would not take American currency to pay for the incidental costs. Also, WIFI did not work in my room or in the hotel lobbey. Either it was so slow, it was useless or did not work at all. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to use internet for business. And BEWARE of letting them swipe your credit card for anything in the hotel!

Not what I expected at all”

No where near the pictures in the website, breakfast is cheap but not good, rooms smells a bit, and alot of misquitos from windows being left opended. My businss companion got bitten over 10 times. There is nothing near by as others have stated. The room has no refrigerator, no real closet. I will not stay here again ever or their brand.

Neues Hotel, super Zimmer. ”

es handelt sich um ein neu renoviertes/eröffnetes suitehotel, wo es aber auch normale zimmer gibt. die suiten sind in exzellentem zustand und mindestens ca 40qm groß. alles ist sehr sauber, die ausstattung mit zwei flatscreens, badewanne und einer kleinen küchenzeile (ohne kochmöglichkeit) sowie in unserem fall einem balkon ganz hervorragend. insgesamt souveräner europäischer 5-sterne-standard. die mitarbeiter am empfang sind freundlich und sprechen teilweise sogar gutes englisch, was in wuhan nicht als selbstverständlichkeit gelten darf. das frühstücksbuffet ist in ordnung, allerdings mit eher kleiner auswahl westlicher speisen. die lage ist gut für einen besuch der restaurants und geschäfte in jianghan. die fahrt zu den sehenswürdigkeiten der stadt, die mehrheitlich in wuchang liegen, ist aufgrund der schlechten verkehrssituation langwierig. da taxifahren extrem günstig ist allerdings kein wirkliches problem. insgesamt absolute empfehlung.
