Access to Hotel”

As hotel is up the hill and only accessible via cable car, we did not manage to stay there as cable car operation was affected by strong wind. We were offered 4-star Yabuli Broadcast International hotel which is very acceptable to us

In the clouds”

Incredible place to stay , In the clouds above snow mountains . But cable car stops at 4pm, means You are stuck in the mountain from 4pm with nothing to do.

Great mountain lodge ”

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay . The breakfast is basic but the ala carte especially their hot pot was good . Staff were helpful and try their best even if no one can speak English . We were lucky that there are other guests available to translate for us when there were misunderstandings regarding bookings and extra items they were charging us . It worked out and there was online translation I accessed via their wifi :) The mountain view is just awesome and if you don't really ski you can just let the kids play in the snow .

Terrible hotel ”

I stayed from 23-25Dec. To start, I booked from 23-26Dec but somehow after I paid online, when I reached there, they told me from 25-26Dec it costs much higher, so they booked me some other hotel instead. Next, the location was difficult to find, locals don't even know where it is so locating this hotel is difficult, even the contact number online for the hotel is wrong. The hotel don't liase with you directly, it is a private group of people, like middlemen to the hotel, but their service is great. The hotel can only be accessed by cable car from Club Med Yabuli, and in winter, the cable car only operates from 0800 to 1600. When we reached the hotel, it was like dead town, barely 5 staff working in the entire hotel can be seen. The so called restaurant was more like a cafeteria, there was a menu, but during our entire stay there, they only had probably 2 pages of food available out of the entire probably 10-15 page menu, so imagine, our Christmas Eve dinner was cup noodles. Don't even bother about the food there, it was horrible, tasteless and boring, they didn't even allow us to charge lunch or a drink during lunch to the room because it's their 'policy'.. Overall, not worth it to stay at this place for whatever price it costs.. I will definitely NOT be coming back again.

Amazing view”

my first time to Yabuli Ski Resort. When we arrive at the train station, we were greeted by the staff from the hotel to fetch us to the hotel. Befit we reach the hotel they brought us to have lunch and after that we proceed to the hotel. We took the cable car up and the hotel is on the mountain top. I was very happy coz the view is amazing and the snow outside the hotel is so fine and cool. I really love the room is big for my family. Two big beds and this will be my first choice of hotel if I go again.

Good but some problems”

My first impression of my room was very positive. The furniture was nice, the room and bathroom were large, the bathroom looked good and the view was great. Over time though I noticed some problems. One problem is that the place is you're isolated at the top of a mountain. The lift stops at 4:00 and you're stuck there. You have no choice about where to eat dinner or breakfast. And the place you eat is the same place skiers eat lunch. It's much nicer than a typical ski lodge but it is still a ski lodge and it's cold and drafty. Also, if the lift stops running you have to be taken down on a snow machine. The room also had some problems. The door to the balcony and windows were taped shut. I assume that's to keep the draft and snow out but the floor was wet around the door so it wasn't entirely working. There were some maintenance issues. The area near the ceiling on one wall was incomplete as were some spots in the closets. The room lights were very dim. The room was cold and didn't have a thermostat so you had to plug in the space heater. They charged you for more than two bottles of water a day, which seemed really cheap. There were some other issues that had more to do with the resort. If you were renting equipment you had to go down to the bottom of the mountain each morning to get it. You couldn't rent it for multiple days and keep it at the top. That meant you wasted over 30 minutes going down, getting your equipment and coming back up every day. Another problem was the lack of a currency exchange nearby. Also, the only ATM is in the Club Med and you can't get to it while you're wearing ski boots. If you brought your own boots and put them on at the top then you wouldn't have your shoes with you to go in. The bathroom had a window looking into the room. It could be made translucent with a switch. It could be fun with the right roommate

Lovely view”

I loved the view the resort has on the whole yabuli area. Downside is that there was no cable car service after 4, meaning that you have to be 'trapped' in the hotel after that time. There are karaoke, pool and table tennis to entertain us. Dinner's not provided and can be quite expensive so I suggest maybe bring your own food.

迟来的点评。因为是春节期间入住的，所以性价比我给了三颗星。就我个人来说，我挺喜欢这个酒店，虽然酒店位置在山顶，需要坐缆车上山，可也正因为此，在缆车停运至天黑前这段时间，整个山顶就是我们的啦。。。只有不多的住客，这 是我最喜欢的地方。晚上的星空很美，但是，天黑后酒店会锁大门（估计是为了安全），所以这种美只能透过房间玻璃来欣赏，不能够去室外切身体会，这是我感到挺可惜的地方。

位置非常好 就是价格小贵 很值得”

酒店的位置非常的好 非常满意 也很干净 房间温度稍微有点低 下午的时候几乎没什么热水 晚间就好了 上山入住有一点麻烦 希望能和酒店沟通好

在亚布力最高的位置，也是整个亚布力最好的酒店了吧”
