I like the resort as location and stay. Front desk Staff is ok ....some part of hospitality was missing. Food is ok if u order alacart but buffet is not very nice. Checkout time is 11am and we have setter bill very well in advance in morning itself and informed that will be leaving by 11am but even though front desk call by 10:45am to ensure to checkout on time which i found very unprofessional and seems desperate

Normally people drive 2-3 hours to reach this place. Reception staff should have no courtesy to welcome exhausted guests. I don't like it. View from room balcony is boring. Power cuts are very frequent and AC, geyser and hot water kettle don't work. Continuous Sound (12 hours) of generator is irritating. Food is very nice but and aromatic. It is 25% expensive. Room service is best A+++. Return journey by Ola and uber not available.

I checked into executive room.. the room was spacious and had a beautiful balcony. clean room. the staff was courteous. since there was no place in the restaurant to have lunch as it was occupied by kids who had come for picnic. we were told to order lunch in room and they even waived off the room service charges. thanks to the manager at the reception. Food was very good. Tea was good. drawback .. there is no lift and washroom needs to have separate partition for bathing and comode since it becomes messy. breakfast had only paratha, medicine vada, bread, one fruit and omlette if asked .. could work on little variety .. But overall it was a good stay and good property ... would like to visit again

i didn't check in at zaras because of its mismatch to what I booked in agoda.”
I booked for something else but I got something other. When I saw the room it was so small and claustrophobic . It was not worth the choice and I didn't check in seeing that and I moved onto another hotel named dukes instead of zaras. I also mailed your team to arrange for a refund but there was no reply. I experienced a very bad service from agoda where you can't protect the interest of your client. I will now explore other options . I didn't expect this from Agoda.

Room were very shabby. For any assistance even if you call the hotel reception/roomservice, no one would turn up to attend you. The hotel staff lack the professionalism that you expect from any resort. Coming to food, this was the worst & minimal breakfast spread that I have ever witnessed. In a nutshell, this cannot be termed as a resort, even stand-alone hotels are better than this.

The food was of very good quality and the staff were helpful and prompt. The cleanliness could have been better and the staff did not keep good record of items we had ordered during the meals and messed up the dates on the food bills. They need to improve their book-keeping. Overall it was a pleasant stay

I had done the booking via Agoda and while booking on the screen it showed me as Breakfast complementary however while checking out I was been asked to pay Rs. 1600 Really not good. I had reached Hotel at 12.30 pm and was advised check is at 1 pm and need to wait. I waited till 1 and later was advised cleaning is under process and might take sometime.. ...finally I was allotted room at 01.45 pm I need a refund of amount paid towards the Breakfast which was shown as complimentry while booking L.

There was no wifi, no AC, no hot water. Even we had time and again call for water. Impolite staff.”
The staff didn't bother to pay attention to our needs not our complaints. They ignored and did not even want to compensate for any inconvenience caused to us. Very disappointing experience.
